AND LAST OF ALL THE IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All cats must be fully vaccinated against Feline Infectious Enteritis and Influenza at least 5 weeks prior to their stay. Please ensure you bring along their certificates as we are unable to accept any guests without this. The Vaccination certificates must be left with us for the duration of the stay. All Flea & Worm treatment must also be up to date.

We reserve the right to refuse any cat that is showing signs of ill health.

Cats over 6 months old must be spayed/neutered.

At the time of booking please make us aware of any medical history or special needs/diets at the time of boarding.

If your loved one causes us any concerns whilst in our care we will contact a vet, preferable yours. Any vet fees incurred whilst in our care will be the responsibility of the owner. If your chosen Vet is not available or we are unable to contact you, we will use our own Vet.

Every care is taken with your cat whilst boarding with us, however we cannot be held responsible for any illness, disease or death that may occur during boarding.

We require 14 day’s notice of change or cancellation. If we are notified within this period the full balance will be due. However, if the suite can be resold a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

If you need to amend your previously agreed booking, please contact the cattery as any alterations need to be discussed prior to our acceptance.

A non-refundable / non-transferrable deposit of 30% is required within 48 hours of receipt of the booking confirmation to secure your chalet.

A 50% non-refundable / non-transferrable deposit will be required for long term bookings – 4 weeks or more.

Over the Christmas & New Year period there will be a 10 day minimum charge.

No reduction in the charge will be made in the event of the owners returning before the end of the period booked.

Full payment to either be paid on arrival or pickup (cash or bank transfer).
